This 6 week fitness class is modeled on the military's boot camp where the instructors encourage--not humiliate. These trained instructors come from various backgrounds including military, personal training, coaches, etc. and use team-building to turn the class into a circle of friends, always focusing on the positive. Class consists of approximately 25-40 minutes of calisthenics followed by a class run. This class is intense, but geared for persons of virtually all fitness levels from couch potato to triathlete! Participants can expect to slim down, tone up and build their muscular and cardiovascular endurance. The end of the program is marked with a celebration where T-shirts are given to those who have stuck it out.
