• high fiber
• great source of vitamins
• a great source of potassium
• high satiety (a small number of calories but also filling)
• tastes good

Go for these. They naturally come in a one serving size.
• an apple
• a pear
• a peach
• one half a cantaloupe (closest to free food as ½ melon is only 60 calories!)
• one orange
• two plums

Use caution. These are the grazing fruits.
• blueberries
• grapes
• strawberries
• cherries

This week have half a cantaloupe. Sixty calories and you will be very satistfied.
