The Original Basic Training



An intense military style physical conditioning program.

You will produce Extreme results in six weeks.

Our Participants consist of a wide range of age and physical fitness levels, but one thing they all have in common is a passion to go beyond what they thought that was possible for themselves.

We do basic Military style calisthenics and running with MAJOR attitude.

You WILL give a hundred percent and you WILL produce results.
